Description: Vitelity engineers will be upgrading firmware on the firewall pair in Englewood.

Impact: There is NO expected customer impact. In the unlikely event of complications, users may see loss of access to Vitelity portal and API. This would not affect call traffic, only the ability to change call treatment options until restored.
