Vitelity will be shutting down the legacy subnet 64.2.142.X on Tuesday July 28th at 7pm MT. Any customers using our legacy SBCs (64.2.142.90-95) will need to update the hosts in their configuration to 66.241.96.90-95 accordingly to continue normal operation.
We encourage all customers using the legacy subnet to update as soon as possible, as maintaining these legacy subnets is best effort only.
If you are using the legacy inbound SBCs (64.2.142.90-91) you will need to reach out to us to remove the legacy flag from your account so traffic will flow inbound from the new subnets. We recommend duplicating your existing trunks and modifying the host to the new IPs before the switch, so the transition will be seamless for you.
