Description: Vitelity engineers will be increasing performance capabilities of the network.

Impact: Vitelity Customer Portal, API's, fax inbound/outbound, CNAM services will be stopped. Customers may experience interruption of those services for 5-7 minutes shortly after 8pm Central. Once work is completed on the server, services will be brought back online and monitored.

While it is important to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our service, Vitelity takes all necessary precautions to alleviate any inconvenience to our customers.
