Description: Please be advised of upcoming essential electrical maintenance at our datacenter scheduled for Saturday, September 27th from 4:00pm to 10:00pm MDT. This planned work is crucial to ensure the continued reliability and performance of our services.
Impact: During this maintenance window, the following will be temporarily unavailable:
Customer Portal View My Fax Portal All APIs Any physical hosted/co-located server Faxing SMS messaging Rating & Billing services
While core voice service will continue to operate, our fax, SMS, and billing events will be impacted and will catch up with all events once the maintenance is complete.
Important Note for Customers With Hosted Servers: Any customer with a physically hosted or co-located server will want to power them down before the start of the event at 400pm MDT. We will have techs on site to power them back up as soon as possible.
Important Note for Customers with Low Balances: If your account balance is low during this period, you will temporarily be unable to add funds. This could lead to disruptions in your ability to make or receive calls and faxes. We strongly recommend ensuring your balance is sufficient before September 27th to avoid any service interruptions.
