Description: Vitelity engineers will be upgrading firmware on the Englewood SBC cluster. This will be performed on the standby server, and after passing diagnostics then switched to active. Then the new standby will be upgraded.
Impact: there is no expected customer impact. It is unlikely but possible a very small amount of calls will get hung on the active SBC during switchover and will be dropped.
While it is important to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our service, Vitelity takes all necessary precautions to alleviate any inconvenience to our customers.
