Description: Vitelity network had an event today that was cleared by switching control between the Active and Standby servers of a protected pair. The troubled server, now in Standby mode, will undergo diagnostic checks to determine next steps to restoring the cluster to full protection.

Impact: Since the work tonight will only be on the Standby server, there is no expected customer impact.

While it is important to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our service, Vitelity takes all necessary precautions to alleviate any inconvenience to our customers.
