Description: Vitelity engineers will be migrating inbound45.vitelity.net to new equipment. This will affect 16 customers. It is not expected that the engineers will need the full maintenance window to complete their work.

Impact: Minimal impact expected outside of active calls dropping during the switch.

While it is important to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our service, Vitelity takes all necessary precautions to alleviate any inconvenience to our customers.
