📢 Emergency Contact Alerts
Once active, the system will automatically send email alerts to your designated emergency contact if any unusual account activity is detected.
🔒 Service Impact & Fraud Prevention
-Domestic Service: Your primary domestic service will not be interrupted or affected by these automated alerts.
-International Fraud: If potential international fraud is detected, international service will be temporarily disabled to protect your account from unauthorized charges.
-Restoration: If disabled, you will instantly receive an email with instructions on how to review your account and re-enable international service.
🛠️ Real-Time Account Control
You can view and manage all active calls at any time from your main dashboard:
-Click the 'Home' drop-down menu in the top right of the portal.
-Select 'Live Calls'.
-From this screen, you can manually disconnect any active call.
Action Required: Please ensure your Emergency Contact email address is up to date in your account settings to receive these critical notifications.
