Description: Vitelity engineers will be performing regular maintenance on the network. Details are being formalized and will be posted on the web portal shortly.

Impact: Legacy voicemail inboxes will have a generic recovery email message when first viewing after release. This can be ignored and deleted by customer. Additionaly, certain features of customer-facing applications could have brief disruptions but are expected to recover within a matter of seconds.

While it is important to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our service, Vitelity takes all necessary precautions to alleviate any inconvenience to our customers.
