Description: Vitelity engineers will be performing maintenance on the system.
Impact: The following customer impacts are expected during the activity. Portal.vitelity.net inaccessible – API inaccessible - Voice calls will NOT be affected, but any call treatment changes during the maintenance may not change until after the maintenance has completed. With portal and API down, there shouldn't be any route updates in any case. CDR and Voicemail delays are also possible. Faxes will be impacted SMS will be impacted
